Makes Me Smile - Sketchabilities #55

Well hello there. Today is the 15th and that means it's a new release day for Sketchabilities! I had lots of fun creating a page with this month's sketch and somehow scrapped myself into a Halloween-y color scheme. It works somehow though.

Love these pictures of the kids giggling over chocolate mustaches. We made these lollipops for my sister's baby shower and they have been pretending everything from blades of grass to pencils and crayons are mustaches ever since. The journaling reads "I hope you'll always remember to look at the lighter side of life and remember to laugh and be silly whenever you get the chance" plus the standard who, what, wheres. Call it childish or immature but never being too serious and laughing my way through the challenges life inevitably brings has made those obstacles so much easier to hurdle. Hopefully the kids will retain this lesson as well.

And in case you would like to play along with this fantastic sketch as well, here is the original. Be sure to link up at the Sketchabilites blog for a shot at being the GDT!
