Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa. Not two people I would normally have share a layout but I think it's nice that despite their differences, they can get along enough for the sake of their granddaughter. Gloria's page, One Day There Were Happy, also inspired the idea for making a page about two people who aren't together any more. I tried to help symbolize this by the block of separation between the photos.

This layout was based on the 11/14 SC Sunday Sketch by Kimberly Neddo. I really liked her journaling down the center of the page and how she underlined the words with thin strips of paper.

To get some more photos from from trip to Sioux Falls in the album with minimal effort, I stuck them in a divided page protector with a title block on the front and journaling block in the back. I may still do individual pages for these photos or maybe not. Now I don't have to feel bad about not getting around to it.

Hope you all had a great weekend! I was very lazy and unproductive. It was nice.
