Well hey there! It's been a long refreshing break but I am officially back to blogland.
Christmas was amazing this year - the kids knew what was going on and having them wake us up in the morning exclaiming "Santa came! Santa came!" was pure magic.
I turned 27 on the 29th and stuffed myself on yummy crab legs, shrimp scampi and lobster tail. Seriously look forward to that all year. That and breakfast in bed. My hubs is golden.
We celebrated a low-key New Year's Eve at a friend's house and turned in fairly early. Sleeping is so much more fun these days than a wine hangover.
I did get a few paper projects completed during the break but made it a point to stay out of my studio and spend as much time as possible with the kids. The new link-up is posted over at Paper Issues, which is sort of a pun because it's all about your "new" projects and new is completely open to interpretation. You can view my princess party birthday decor for a bit of inspiration as well as tons of projects from the rest of the talented ladies and linkee's. I'm also linking up this card for a NEW accomplishment:
It's my attempt at a masculine card and was created using the current sketch at Tuesday Trio. If you have any NEW projects you'd like to link up stop by PI and add to the linky - there is a chance to win a incredible Valentine's prize package from Nikki Sivils! Each link is another chance to win!!
I'll be back tomorrow with my list of goals for 2011. Bye!

Love that pic of you! Happy New year! I agree, having a good night sleep is a better way to start the new year compared to hungover!
Looking forward to your goals. One of mine is to sew something for myself each month. Wish me luck! ;)
